Top Skills Needed:

• Clinical background, understanding of care and disease management activities
• “Pure” business analyst background vs. someone who started as a technologist or developer and moved into BA work
• Type A personality who can hunt and peck without too much hand holding and direction
• Clinical experience a plus (such as nursing experience or case\disease management) but not required

Description:
Business Analyst will work to standardize and consolidate clinical systems across the client site. Work with the business segments to develop clinical reporting requirements and interface with IT to ensure all solutions fully support the requirements. Expect to be involved in all aspects of the software development life cycle. Candidate must possess strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated success in delivery in a fast-paced and frequently changing environment.

• Need a self starter able to work with business groups gathering reporting requirements for segments that are migrating to a consolidated clinical reporting platform
• Understanding of data models and SQL
• Able to “hunt and peck” with various business users and work in an unstructured environment
• Must be self directed, possess excellent communication skills, and ability to be a driver
• Must possess attitude and drive
• Polished, professional; a degree and continued education is highly desired
• Big company experience, large organizations, previous consulting experience
