Everything we do and every decision we make at Hollstadt & Associates (Hollstadt) is driven by our four core values: first understand; be humbly confident; do the right thing; and grow and prosper.

These Midwestern values were engrained in Hollstadt Founder and CEO Rachel Hollstadt during her childhood growing up on a farm in Rollag, Minnesota. More significantly, they are what have guided Hollstadt through two decades of success.
