Burnsville, MN — February 20, 2012 — New owners of Hollstadt & Associates, Inc., Molly and Jim Jungbauer were featured in Thisweek’s Live online news for their recent acquisition of the firm from founder and former CEO Rachel Hollstadt.
Hollstadt President Jim Jungbauer and his wife Molly, now the firm’s chief financial officer, took control of the company February 1. Jim earned his MBA from the University of St. Thomas and has nearly three decades in the industry. Molly worked in public accounting for 12 years after earning a BS from the University of Minnesota. Her prior position was controller for the Minnesota Wild Hockey Club.
“I believe in the firm and its people,” Jim said, when asked why he and Molly were interested in acquiring the company.
