Management Consulting Firm Exceeds Industry Average for 14th Year

Mendota Heights, MN (September 7, 2011) — Hollstadt & Associates, Inc., a leading Twin Cities management consulting firm, reported today that 98 percent of customers would recommend it to other firms and hire the company for additional work.  The Customer Satisfaction Report also noted that the firm’s satisfaction ranking is double the industry average. 

In addition to outstanding customer ratings, Hollstadt also earned 95 percent consultant satisfaction in a Consultant Satisfaction Survey. Huberty Marketing Research, a Minneapolis-based market research firm conducted both surveys in June.

Tim Huberty, president of Huberty Marketing Research said, “Hollstadt’s consistently outstanding performance in these metrics is extremely unique. These are the highest scores I’ve observed in 30 years of market research. I would say Hollstadt likely has the highest in any industry.”

Hollstadt began tracking client and consultant loyalty in 1997 and consistently places far ahead of the competitive pack. In 2008, Hollstadt’s customer and consultant indexes also were twice the industry norm. Hollstadt’s multi-year surveys help the company appraise its efforts to keep its clients and consultants satisfied.

2011 Client Satisfaction Survey Results

The Secure Customer Index is a measure of customers reporting satisfaction with Hollstadt’s services, their intention to continue working with Hollstadt, and their likelihood of recommending the firm to others.

Hollstadt’s strong customer satisfaction in 2011 continues a trend of outstanding performance detailed in five previous surveys. When asked why customers continue to use Hollstadt, the most popular reasons were:

  • quality of people
  • good service, satisfied with or met our needs

Huberty added, “We began to facilitate surveys for Hollstadt in 1997, and I am truly amazed that the company’s client loyalty continues to increase. Hollstadt is without a doubt an Honor Roll company.”

Clients participated in the survey during June 1 through July 5, 2011.

Hollstadt also received high marks from its consultants, 95 percent of whom identified themselves as satisfied with their positions. Ninety-two percent said they would recommend Hollstadt as an employer.

“Hollstadt’s Secure Consultant Index scores are far above industry averages too,” said Huberty. “No other company has achieved these levels once, let alone stayed on top for as many years as Hollstadt.”

In addition to reiterating the employee satisfaction reflected in past surveys, the 2011 survey demonstrates the growth of the Hollstadt brand. More than one-third of employees indicated that Hollstadt’s reputation was the primary reason they joined the company.

Consultants participated in the survey during June 15 through June 22, 2011.
