What brought me to Hollstadt? As a client I was drawn to Hollstadt because of their reputation and quality of consultants provided. As a consultant I valued having a team that heard my voice and represented my professional requirements. Now as part of the consultant support team I value the dedication and commitment the entire team has around finding the right role for our consultants.

Favorite vacation spot: My favorite vacation spot is with my family in the summer at the lake. So many wonderful memories. It’s where I can really ‘relax’.

First Job: In high school I was a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in a skilled-care nursing facility. I thought I would be painting nails and fixing hair and that turned out to not be case. It was a great education for a 16 year old to learn about life, kindness, vulnerability, and caring.

A tip for candidates: Without taking the leap of faith and trying consulting I would never have been exposed to the opportunities and various industries I have had the privilege to consult in. Think about taking a chance and trying something that has the potential to open doors for your future.

A volunteer organization that I’m passionate about: A former Hollstadt Consultant co-founded a charity called “Start Reading Now.” It is a program founded in Minneapolis that hosts and funds book fairs to help close the achievement gap for low-income kids in 1st, 2nd, and 3rd grade. I enjoy volunteering and helping where I can each year.
