The Service Delivery Team is accountable for helping to ensure that you are a connected part of the Hollstadt team. Our emphasis is on you, your career, your training, and the creation of a collaborative culture in which you are able to grow and prosper at Hollstadt and at the client. The Service Delivery relationship starts once you begin at the client and continues long after a project is complete.

We help create consistent and quality practices for our consultants through:

  • Communication
  • Training programs
  • Assistance with work-related issues
  • Oversight of the Consultant Manager program
  • Development of internal tools, policies, and processes

Each month we offer training opportunities to help our consultants grow in their career. Training is conducted through:

  • Webinars
  • Workshops
  • Workshop Series
  • Networking Opportunities/Events
  • Consulting the Hollstadt Way

Within your first 60 days of employment, we encourage all consultant employees and consultant partners to attend Consulting the Hollstadt Way. This 90 minute interactive course equips you with success tips for consulting and is an opportunity to meet other Hollstadt consultants. In addition, it is an opportunity to answer any questions that you may have. Led by a member of our Executive Team, the course emphasizes Hollstadt’s core values and the way that you can articulate those values in your daily work at the client.

Want to enhance your skills? We offer online learning opportunities through Lynda.com that will help sharpen hard and soft skills, and are great training for all of our different areas of expertise. This E-Learning Resource is offered as a benefit for our Office Employees and Consultant Employees. It is also available for a nominal fee to our Consultant Partners.
