I am inspired by…the ability to learn and grow every day. Hollstadt is a great place where I can apply my talents, but also learn and be challenged by others.

Favorite quote: I have two! “Happiness is an inside job. Don’t assign anyone else that much power over your life.” And “At 211 degrees, water is hot. At 212 degrees, it boils. And with boiling water, comes steam. And with steam, you can power a train. One extra degree makes all the difference.”

Favorite vacation spot: Santa Catalina Island in California. It’s a beautiful island full of wildlife and stunning ocean views. It’s picture perfect and a place I would never get tired of! Can I move there now?

First job: My first job was being a summer nanny. I love kids, so it was a perfect fit for me!

A tip for candidates: Be confident! Know your experience and what you can bring to the table and own it. Our clients are counting on you to know what you’re doing and how to do it; you are the expert. It’s essential to possess a whatever-it-takes kind of attitude and be willing to follow through and do whatever necessary to provide value to your clients, while still maintaining good professional boundaries and keeping your cool.

The Hollstadt core value I most identify with: Can I say all of them? One of the core values I most identify with is, “Be Humbly Confident.” By being able to leave your ego at the door you are able to recognize both your strengths and weaknesses and have a greater self-awareness which ultimately helps you gain trust from others.
