Training Program & Certifications
Hollstadt offers free monthly trainings for our consultants. Training courses give our consultants the continuing education they need to excel on their projects. We also offer webinars and e-learning to make it convenient for you.
Hollstadt partners with a local Agile training company that provides our consultants and clients a variety of Agile training at a discounted price. Trainings range in topic, but some examples of trainings are CSM and CSPO certification courses.
Mentoring & Ongoing Support
We are committed to treating you with respect and helping you achieve your career aspirations. The Service Delivery team is accountable for ensuring that you are a connected part of the Hollstadt team. Our emphasis is on you and your career. Your Next Contract
Hollstadt is based on retention and relationships. Once our recruiting team identifies you as a talented consultant, we want to continue working with you for the long haul. We have a proven remarketing process to help us do just that. By being proactive, we are able to keep your down time between assignments as short as possible, unless you choose otherwise.
Hollstadt provides a dollar for dollar match up to 4% of your compensation. In our industry, a 401K plan with a match is the exception not the rule. Here at Hollstadt, we believe investing in our employee’s retirement is critical, so we match 100% of your contribution up to 4% of your salary. Our consultants also have access to a Financial Advisor to help with their investment elections.
Once you are slated to start an assignment with Hollstadt, we provide a thorough orientation to make sure you are ready to go the first day at our client. This includes aclient-specific guide that provide the ins and outs on site so you can feel confident starting your new contract. We take the time to talk through any questions you have to set you up for success and check in regularly once your assignment has started.
For consultants that are more junior in their career, we are committed to career planning and to partnering with you in your career growth. We support your growth by exploring your long-term vision, then we establish appropriate activities, resources, and training to help you accomplish those goals.
The Service Delivery team’s key focus is consultant support. We keep you connected to the Hollstadt team, which includes other Hollstadt consultants and our office staff. Our emphasis is on you, your career planning, ongoing training, and the creation of a collaborative culture in which you are able to thrive at Hollstadt and at the client. One distinctive way we deliver on this promise is through our Consultant Coach program, which provides experienced consultants as your on-site mentors. The goal of these veteran consultants is to build a trusting relationship with you in order to support you in challenging times and celebrate successes. This program helps ensure you feel as if you have a home team behind you while on contract.
The Service Delivery team works closely with your Account Manager and Consultant Coach to ensure you have the right level of support for every phase of your contract. The connection and partnership between these three teams is unique, something you won’t experience anywhere else!

Whether it is at a client who provides opportunities to progress in your career over a period of time, or through the selection of contract opportunities across multiple clients and industries, together we will tailor the right plan for your goals. We back up the plans with support via our training program, consultant coaches, mentoring, partnership at the client level, and more!
