Eligibility:
• If hired, the new consultant must complete 60 days of an engagement.
• The referring consultant will receive either a $500 or $1,000 referral bonus from Hollstadt, dependent upon their status with Hollstadt.

Terms and Conditions

• Referrals will be paid 60 days after a contract hire date
• A 1099-MISC will be issued to anyone who has been paid $600 or more in non-employee service payments during a calendar year. Upon successfully earning your referral bonus, you will be required to complete a W-9 form in order to receive your payment.
