My first job….Washing golf carts at the local club! I was obsessed with golf and would play all day and hang around asking if they needed help. So, one day they finally put me to work!
A tip for candidates: Be yourself and make connections. As long as you are true to yourself and put in the work to learn and grow, anything is possible. Authenticity and collaboration are the keys to success.
The Hollstadt core value I most identify with: I would have to say “Be Humbly Confident.” The balance of knowing yourself and trusting your experience paired with the understanding that it’s not about you – it’s about the greater good.
