A number of years ago, in a room with the Hollstadt leadership team, we were tasked with defining Hollstadt’s Mission Statement. For anyone who has ever gone through this exercise, you may know that there is a lot of passion and opinions when it comes to asking for a description of who and what a company is! For Hollstadt, it was no different.
It was especially amazing that even in a group of people who had individual perspectives, experiences, and opinions, we were still able to arrive at a common Mission Statement. That statement remains as true today as it did when it was first defined, and continues to represent who Hollstadt is as an organization each and every day.

For clients, this mission means that Hollstadt prioritizes their needs and provides tailored solutions to meet their specific talent requirement. We recognize that each client is unique, and we strive to understand their business goals, culture, and specific challenges, so we can deliver truly customized talent solutions. By focusing on developing authentic and lasting relationships with our clients, we aim to establish trust and become a long-term strategic partner.
For consultants, this mission translates into a few important aspects. Firstly, it emphasizes that we care about the consultants that are a part of the Hollstadt team and we are not in the relationship for a one-time assignment. Hollstadt knows that the consultants working at each of the clients is a representation and an extension of the company.
