If you’ve been following us on any of our social media channels, you’ve seen #TheHollstadtDifference. But what exactly does The Hollstadt Difference mean? It means a lot of different things but one of the things that makes a huge difference at Hollstadt is the candidate experience.

Let’s first define what candidate experience is.  The definition is “how candidates feel about your company once they experience the hiring process.”  Here at Hollstadt we want to make the process of working with Hollstadt rememberable and easy.

Providing a memorable candidate experience requires our recruiting team to understand and know our candidates. We don’t meet everyone face to face or via Zoom or Teams just because.  We do this because we want to understand our candidates background and career objectives.  What are you passionate about? What do you want to do next? Where do you see yourself in the next 5, 10 years? What culture/environment do you work best in? The more we know about you, the easier it will be for us to place you in that perfect engagement. #TheHollstadtDifference

Providing a memorable candidate experience also includes our Sales team. Preparing our candidates and setting expectations for the client interview process goes a long way. Our sales team diligently works to understand what our clients want out of the interview process and we prepare our candidates, so they are able to go into an interview feeling confident and capable of doing the job. #TheHollstadtDifference

Our team also strives to provide feedback or some type of follow-up after an interview.  Any information we can get, we provide our candidates to help them improve. We do not want you to feel like you’ve fallen into a “blackhole.”  #TheHollstadtDifference

Onboarding is also another part of the candidate experience. Our team stays in contact with you not only prior to your start date but throughout your entire engagement as a consultant as well. When you work with Hollstadt, you feel like you’re part of the family. #TheHollstadtDifference
